Who We Are
Jennille Smith

Jennille Smith is an attorney admitted in Vermont and California whose practice focuses on critical infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, and complex project strategy. Over the course of her career, she has worked across telecommunications, renewable energy, broadband deployment, and emerging digital infrastructure, advising developers, municipalities, and private companies on land use entitlements, regulatory approvals, corporate governance, and litigation matters.

Her work frequently sits at the intersection of law, infrastructure development, and public policy, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments and move projects from concept to completion across multiple jurisdictions.

Jennille is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and has advised clients on infrastructure projects and regulatory matters across Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, and California.
Whether resolving a dispute in federal court or securing approvals for infrastructure development, every project ultimately comes down to people, priorities, and clear strategy.

At Landkey Consulting, we approach each matter with the understanding that successful outcomes require more than technical knowledge. They require careful listening, strategic foresight, and disciplined execution.

Our approach is grounded in several core principles:

• Empathic understanding of client goals, concerns, and constraints
• Identification of key gating issues and strategic planning to move projects forward
• Continuous re-analysis of both the forest and the trees as projects evolve
• Thoughtful cost-benefit and risk assessment to guide decision-making
• Transparent, direct communication anchored by a clear “North Star” strategy
• Follow-through, collaboration, and long-term commitment to client success

Infrastructure, regulatory matters, and complex legal challenges often contain hidden obstacles. Landkey’s role is to anticipate those challenges, navigate them efficiently, and help clients move projects from concept to completion.
