Who We Are
Jennille Smith is a Vermont- and California-admitted attorney focused on critical infrastructure development. Her experience spans telecommunications, broadband, renewable energy, battery storage, and emerging digital infrastructure.
Jennille understands infrastructure development from the ground up—from site control and permitting through regulatory approvals, construction, and operation. She helps clients anticipate problems before they become delays, identify and eliminate gating items, and keep complex projects moving.
A graduate of Loyola Law School Los Angeles, Jennille has advised developers, municipalities, and companies on infrastructure and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
